We offer Hot yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow and Restore and Beginners Fundamentals. All classes , if not specified, are Vinyasa Yoga.
What to expect for your first class? All you need to do is show-up. We provide the mats, blankets and other props. It is customary to practice yoga with bare feet.
In these classes, our teachers continue to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing the class in a more challenging way. Our teachers are experts at offering new and exciting challenges for their students, while ensuring more difficult positions are practiced safely and effectively.

Heated Candlelit Flow
Embrace the heat in this invigorating flow taught in room of 98 degrees. Our Hot Yoga incorporates creative sequencing, inversions and backbends designed to allow the student to reach their edge in a safe compassionate yet challenging environment. This class is for intermediate students and beyond.
Slow Flow and Restore
This 60 minute class combines gentle flow vinyasa that builds strength and flexibility with calming and supportive restorative postures that allow the nervous system to relax and release tension. The perfect antidote to a long week of meetings, emails and stressful train rides. This class is guaranteed to put you in a place of complete peace and Bliss.
Restore your systems with this gentle yet deep class. Our teachers will guide you through a series of poses that help reconstitute your optimal body function. Focus is on postures and breath. Ideal for athletes, those recovering from injury , seniors, pregnant women and anyone looking to restore a deep sense of wellness.
Vinyasa Express Flow (50 min)
Studio 360 wants to help you make the most of your happy hour. Enjoy an invigorating yoga class to calm you after a long day in the office. This class is just like our Vinyasa classes, but designed to get you in and out, and back to your daily activities with a clear mind and strong body.
