Studio 360 cycling class are all levels. Teachers offer a mix of road and studio techniques. Target your arms, legs and core set to the best music. First time? Come by early to get your bike fit. Experienced rider? You ain't seen nothing like this class. Life is a journey… enjoy the ride!
Our bikes are the Life Cycle bikes - the top of the line bike perfect for indoor cycling experience. These bikes are compatible with SPD clips. Shoes are available complimentary with each class.
The Fast Lane
This cycling class is designed to use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to give you quick results in a 30 minute format. Our instructors design a class that will get your drenched in sweat in no time and have you feeling great for the rest of your day!
This 45-minute class combines high-energy music with a dynamic workout including hills, flats, sprints and intervals. Our Team 360 instructors will motivate you to push your limits and you’ll walk away, drenched in sweat and feeling that greatness that only an awesome class and endorphins can create!
This class starts with a 40 minute endurance ride with drills, climbs and sprints and then finishes with a 20 minute intense abdominal workout. It’s a great way to get your cardio in and work on that six-pack!
Ride and Rejuvenate*
This holistic approach to class combines 40 minutes of heart-pumping cycling followed by 20 minutes of rejuvenating yoga. You’ll get a great cardio workout, but leave with properly stretched muscles, increasing flexibility and reducing the chance of injury. Don't worry if you've never done yoga or you're not flexible - we do yoga to become flexible, not because we already are.
*PLEASE NOTE: There are 37 bikes and 20 spaces in the yoga room. Yoga and Core passes are given on a first come first serve basis, so we suggest arriving about 15 minutes early to ensure you get a space!
